Adaptive Yoga means that we customise the class to what feels right in your body, particularly for people who have mobility, sensory, or other different ability needs. We use props to help adapt the poses and create a restorative session. Classes are a maximum of 6 people, and go for one hour.
GENTLE YOGA CLASS
A gentle Hatha class, perfect for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike. Classes are a maximum of 15 people, and go for one hour.
GOLDEN YEARS SENIORS YOGA
Using adaptive yoga principals, this class is designed to be gentle and attentive to the needs of your mind and body. Classes can be up to 10 people, and go for one hour. If you need more support in the class, you might like to consider our adaptive yoga class.
KIDS AND YOUTH YOGA
A fun and interactive session specially designed for kids to learn how to use yoga. Sessions for younger children aged up to 10 are 45 minutes, and classes for young people are one hour.
ADAPTIVE YOGA AND WELLBEING
A slightly longer class, in this 90 minutes we will cover yoga asana (poses), meditation, mindfulness, and also group discussions about strategies for wellbeing. Maximum class size 6 people

CARING FOR CARERS FOUR WEEK COURSE
This workshop series is specially designed for those who work in caring professions, anyone from emergency services, to health, to education, to social services, to paid and unpaid carers. We explore self care, the challenges and rewards of our work, and how to use yoga and meditation in daily life. Workshops are weekly over one month and go for 90 minutes.
8 WEEK COURSE
This 8 Week Course is an evidence-based mindfulness skills-building course.
This includes learning to be mindful of the breath, body, emotions, and thinking.
Sessions are once per week and go for 90 minutes.
The course does not involve yoga movements.
